Lifeline for war heroes
‘Abimansala’ - the wellness resort for totally dependent disabled War Heroes at Anuradhapura where they are provided with a lifeline during the rest of their lives was opened today by President Mahinda Rajapaksa. Picture shows two totally disabled war heroes at the resort built at a cost of Rs.200 million. It will house 52 totally disabled soldiers. Pic by Pradeep Dilrukshana
