Would like to know if doctors got free education why earn money through private practice why could not provide service for free since you learn things free isn't it big drama ?

This shows the stupidity of today's students in University. Why should there be no Private Medical Colleges in Sri Lanka? When every progressive country in the world has Private Colleges competing with State run Colleges. Our Universities cannot absorb all the students who want to attend college. Many of them go abroad at exorbitant cost to get an education. If there are enough Private Universities in S/L that was alleviate this problem. Since when are Students allowed to dictate GOSL Policy?

They study for free from year 1 to A levels.. get University Education Free and then want the government to give them jobs as well... What is this mentality? Whats wrong in the person who can afford education gettting their education by paying.. Selfish, ignorant, emotionally messed uppeople. No wonder it causes brain drain really... SL losing all well education and empthetic people to other developed nations..

we don't need to mix the private medical collages with private hospitals. private medical education from low quality private medical colleges which has not accepted by the Sri Lanka Medical Council is not acceptable at any level. In case of private hospitals they also need to get the approval from medical council to practice. what i believe medical education should not sell by private entrepreneurs. it must be free or none-for profit. (like developed countries) the private entrepreneurs are selling it as a business only in developing countries like India Pakistan etc, so they tend to maximize there profits any how.
