We have to make official visits, and we can make official visits only to the few countries that gives us visas without categorizing us as high-risk people.
And why James Michel is not even wearing a tie?

You must be kidding? Sri Lankan teachers ? To teach what?We in Sri Lanka very badly need English teachers. By the way Bandara they do not speak Sinhala in the Seychelles but English. No body wants our teachers to teach broken English that 'murders the queen'!!!

Every hour an Airplane is grounded, the Airline is loosing 10,000 US Dollars. Airplanes are made to fly and not to be kept as one's property grounding for a whole week with no flights and revenue. No Sri Lankan President ever kept planes Grounded for weeks for themselves.

We do not have to be cynical on everything that MR does. This country recently entered into an agreement to recruit Sri Lankan teachers into their Education System and this country offers more business opportunities than some of the western developed countries.

Using a Srilankan air line aircraft for these purposes cost millions of dollars. He came to Seychelles via Tanzania. The aircraft has been with him for all this week. No wonder is that the Srilankan Airline running at a lost. Srilankanair line is a small size provider in the field of air line business. Can the poor tax payers in Sri Lanka afford to this type wastages by the Country's President.

Gemba, can't you see there are 3 Sri Lankan families with children living in Seyshells? That's enough a reason to make an official visit.

Look how modestly the president of Seychelles is dressed, a lesson to SL politicians who think they can cover their stupidity with expensive dresses and rest of pomp and pageantry.

James Michel the president of Seychelles, just wearing a pant shirt as MR is an ordinarily leader for him, doesn't have much respect I guess, When manmohan singh pratibha patil visited Seychelles he was with full suit :p it shows whom he respect more...... Cheap MR, keep ur respect and avoid visiting such a cheap countries.....

The necessity is displayed in the way their president and other dignitaries are dressed, while out ministers are in full suit.
