Mulativu is a former war zone, and may have uncleared mines. Is it wise just to drop him there and die ?. Better if authorities can provide a better safe haven for elephants...but perhaps the priorities are elsewhere...

It is not a tusker , so nobody is not interested in it. Therefore the truck should be a normal one than the previous one that said to be purposely laid with decayed timber planks.
