Dear DM ...please focus on the 4th picture.. the gentlemen wearing a red tie next to Minister Nandamithra is the notorious ex secretary of Minister Mervin Silva. He is known as Madawa Wattegama and is also responsible for many illegal land grabbing issues and was recently involved in a case where by force took a house down torrington and he lost the case!! he is now a secretary to Minister Ekanayaka.. Please expose this as it is a golden opportunity
