National carrier SriLankan Airlines joined the global Oneworld Alliance today, becoming the 15th member of the group which includes some of the top names in the passenger airline industry today. As part of Oneworld, the airlines would be able to connect its fliers seamless connections across a global network of 1,000 destinations in more than 150 countries, an airline official said.
