Commemoration and Remembrance Day (Poppy Day) was organised by the Sri Lanka Ex-Servicemen’s Association held at the War Memorial at the Vihara Maha Devi Park today. Chiefs of Staff of the defence forces, retired Commanders of the security forces, disabled war heroes and their relatives were amongst those who participated in the event.
