proactive ?? this hoarding was there for more than 2 months and now only you are complaining!! There still ongoing B-grade movies showing around the island with semi nude cutouts!! aren't those proactive??

what are you talking about??....first of all the law makers should be educated....what are they are they trying to stop by banning some web sites??? there are plenty of other ways viewing them....this is a problem with the education system not with the internet......Children should be taught wats wrong and wats not.......rather than fixing the loop holes in the education system they are tryin all th other stupid metods....

This is dhammadeepa where all citizens behave religiously. The hoarding may have been put by a non-sri lankan NGO member. Sri lankans will NOT get provocated. May be for foreign tourists.
