Rio Carnival is an annual event, something like our 'Kandy Perahera'... but has a totally different appearance. It's costumes (especially women) are meant to show the body.. and not to cover the body. So, Darwin, when we have our great 'Kandy Perahara' at one end, do you think we should have something like this at the other end ?

nice to see wonderful cultures of different parts of the world. Shows that all the diversities that exist are to celebrate...not to fight over
