The ruling party does not keep the promises they make but just to keep the people happy.

The govt promised to give Rs.80.00 per kilo to the tea small holders but no one received. Then promised to buy the bulk and pay the factories for the losses that did not happen.

THEY DONT UNDERSTAND MIDDELEAST CRISIS. THEY DONT BUY MUCH QUANTITES OF TEA NOW. HOW CAN EXPORTERS PAY HIGH PRICE WHEN LACK OF DEMAND.
