It is high time that some Government Institution investigated this problem. May be they cannot identify the ministry responsible for such investigation.

SW is right. A new Minister should be appointed to investigate and write reports. After all this has taken almost two years to commence repair.

Oh My My... I have been living out side sri lanka for last 25 years.This roxy cinema hell hole is still there. How many repairs this must have seen. Now when will this real repair finish.

so they repaired it 2 years back.. then almost a year later the whole reappeared... now a year later, they are repairing it!!! in this itself cant we all see the efficiency of the work done and being done?? wonder how many back accounts are getting richer while this repair work goes ahead!!
