UNP 69th Anniversary at Sirikotha
President Maithripala Sirisena, with the pictures and busts of past United National Party (UNP) leaders in his background, addresses the party’s 69th Anniversary in Colombo. The President, as the leader of Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP), was invited to address this function. This is the first time a SLFP leader addressed a function to mark the UNP anniversary.
