Exactly... How come the Govt vehicles are smoking black smoke and these idiots are educating the public who actually in majority have decent pollution free vehicles.

Start being productive reduce noise pollution from Private Bus operators, educate on proper driving etiquette, and punish them severely when they make an offence.
