they are their to protect and save water, but not for anything else that's y they have chosen the traffic peak time...

Wow you are such a wise man.what time do you suggest they take to street? after 7pm when its dark and there's no traffic??.9 is a good time as school traffic eases by that time.get your head checked.

Once a year walk never solved problem. Atleast come to the seat 8.30Am & open payment counter on Sundays.
