Mechanically these like scooters are of good standard. Important to know is the Battery type. If it's LED-Acid (the cheapest) these batteries have a very short life-time, say 6 months. Better option is Lithium-ion cell battery offering some 4-500 cycle re-charges. Superior are, latest technology, LifePo4 cells offering 4000 cycle-recharges.
