This kite festival must be a wonderful festival! I live in Germany, but I love Sri Lanka, which I have visited more than 50 times, but I have never seen such fantastic, self-made flying objects !!! The people of Jaffna can only be congratulated on this great event! For me it will be a reason to visit Jaffna and its creative people on my next visit to SL! Such an event also connects people who come from other parts of the country, which is so necessary at this difficult time!

Great. I note people in the North can do wonders. This is the reason the majority do not wish to give them greater autonomy due to jealousy. However where ever in this world where humanity exist jealousy exist.
