This is a very good project. one should look forward and not backward.As long as there are no large commissions like the previous govt. did.A race tract is not required in this area. Do not block good ideas

Reclaiming land from the sea I witnessed while working in Bahrain. The diplomatic area was established with star class hotels etc on that land. Project is good only the deals are bad.
