High Security Zones are provided for by printed money. As the government revenue is below expenses. So, hyper inflation by the government's security excess is obvious. SJB and BASL don't speak against HSZ expenses, but if it weren't for over large government paid military the HSZ would not be an option for the government. The money expended employed to create and maintain HSZ even if printed is better provided to the poor than well fed military do nothing men and women.

The first is to protect the High and Mighty. The second is to expose the humble poor to the worst of calamities.
