I never expect a cartoon like this from DM.13 amendment is not intended to divide the county.It is to share powers within provone.Heapping all powers in one place is very dengerous in Democracy.What should be don is reduce ministers in the centre and stenten the provincial administration to allow peoples participation.Finally this is a unwanted cartoon.

Sword was planed to give it to LTTE by Rajiv in return of the weapons , but they refused to return the weapons . Now no LTTE and no value for those weapons hence ; the sword is not required .
