Government, if its interested in protecting Srilanka for future generations, SHOULD give more powers to bodies like the NCPA. Persons working in such authorities should be annually screened for their suitability to work in such HOLY places as protecting children. As child abuse seems such easy game in Srilanka. Thank you very much DM cartoonist, for this! Thank you DM for constantly bringing this topic up and raising awareness, though a very long way more to go.
