A port with no ships coming in.. an airport which makes absolutely no sense.. ignoring our foreign aid which we relied heavily on = Solution borrow from china for crazy interest rates. So lets now face it.. higher water bills, electricity bills, higher fuels prices (let us be struck on everyday essential so we have to pay up, we do not have a choice) let the people be burdened and hacked for the government to play SIM CITY!
