It should have been private+public healthcare.
Private healthcare sees us as bags of money and public healthcare sees us as beggars or slaves.

its not only the doctors who are keeping the patients at ransom but also the hospitals............
most of these hospitals are run by money hungry highly influential people. so out goes the human care, in comes the money care........
i think as usual this also will be a forget story by tomorrow!!!!

Private health care is an extension of the public health care service.Same personalities from the public health care system during their spare and even duty hours (lunch interval)etc etc. Denying on the one hand and fleecing from the other. God save the country.
