In 2005 govt spent 200K on the education of a uni student. In 2012 after 7years of sky rocketing cost of living the government is spending 180K per student. Go check the statistics at the Central bank!

In 2005, government spent 2.9% GDP on education. In 2012 after winning the war on terror its a miserable 1.86%. For this government education has become such a low priority.
