LLRC load too will be soon unloaded on top of COL with looming sanctions from US and EU.

Oh common. The LLRC weight is nothing compared to the COL weight the ordinary citizen facing. Unlike the COL, the LLRC can be implemented FULLY if the govt actually bothered. It our own internal commission for crying out loud.
