National cricket team led by Angelo Mathews paid homage to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth, Kandy yesterday ahead of their week-long residential training at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

The national team begins a week long training in preparation for the Champions Trophy cricket tournament in England.
