These past presidents unless official should not be given any perks. Even vehicles if there is anything official can be given by the government only for that session. No vehicles, security, houses etc should be given.
AKD has the majority in parliament. If it's in the constitution change it. Don't hide behind the constitution. Anyway the expected change should also scrap the executive presidency which is also a promise. I believe even the seats in parliment should be half. Pradesh sabahas the same. They must see if provincial councils are required. If yes run it with secretaries like now having a peoples elected Governer for each province. Not political stooges.
