The Chairman of the Election Commission R.M.A.L. Ratnayake explained how voters can correctly cast their votes at Thursday's General Elections, at a media conference today. Polls will open at 7 am and close at 4 pm, with counting of postal votes to begin at 4:15 pm and the remaining votes counted from 7:15 pm.
