Nawaloka Construction purchases 20 TATA tippers

Nawaloka Construction Company Private Limited is an organisation that has been offering multidisciplinary services to suit customer requirements for over 60 years. It has the Category C1 for building work and P1 for piling work in the ICTAD grading and is a member of the NCCASL.

Nawaloka Construction recently purchased 20 of TATA LPK 1615 tippers from Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC (DIMO). These will be used for its ongoing and new projects to strengthen the existing fleet.

Nawaloka Construction is involved with piling, high-rise buildings and factory buildings, land development and irrigation work, roads and bridges, water supply schemes and elevated water tanks, etc.

The vehicle handing over ceremony was held at its vehicle yard in Kelaniya under the patronage of Nawaloka Construction Company Private Limited Chairman Jayantha Dharmadasa, DIMO Chairman and Managing Ranjith Pandithage, DIMO CEO Gahanath Pandithage, TATA Division COO Vijitha Bandara, Nawaloka Construction Company Private Limited CFO Nishantha Priyanjith, TATA Motors Limited Country Manager Rajiv Jaiswal, TATA Commercial Vehicles DGM Nalinda Kurukulasooriya and Nawaloka Construction Company Private Limited Manager Building Services Gayan Vadysinghe.

TATA LPK 1615/36 8.5CM tipper comes with a TATA Cummins 6 BT, 142 hp turbo charged direct diesel engine. It provides much power and better traction in all terrain road conditions. The LPK 1615 tipper has a high fuel efficiency with a low maintenance cost.
