In a visionary step towards fostering economic growth and innovation, Bank of Ceylon (BOC) announces the launch of its Unveil the Dream 2024: Youth Empowerment Programme. 

This initiative aims to inspire and empower young entrepreneurs across Sri Lanka, guiding them to achieve their dreams and contribute to the nation’s development.

Supported by the Export Development Board (EDB), Industrial Development Board (IDB), Small Enterprise Development Division (SED), National Enterprise Development Authority (NEDA) and National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA), the program is designed to provide young entrepreneurs with the knowledge, resources and networking opportunities needed to excel in the global market.

Unveil the Dream 2024 programme will bring together aspiring entrepreneurs and future business leaders to discuss innovative strategies and solutions for expanding Sri Lanka’s export market. The forum will feature sessions on financial management, market research and product development, offering practical advice and valuable insights from industry experts and successful entrepreneurs.

“Through initiatives like Unveil the Dream 2024, we aim to equip the next generation of leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to drive Sri Lanka’s economic growth.”

Unveil the Dream 2024 conducted parallel to World SME Day 2024, features a series of programmes and events designed to engage and empower young entrepreneurs. This initiative seeks to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of Sri Lanka.
