Unisyst Engineering Plc of Hayleys Group, announced this week the end of the exit offer pertaining to the desliting of ordinary shares of the company from the official list of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

The company, an aluminium supplier, said it has made payments to all shareholders who have accepted the offer and forwarded the form of acceptance and transfer. The approved exit offer was Rs. 6 per share.

Minority shareholders who were unable to accept the offer during the offer period were requested to get in touch with the company.

Unisyst Engineering announced its decision to delist earlier in April.
