Commercial Credit and Finance PLC is raising Rs.1 billion via a debenture issue and the company has received the nod to list the debt securities at the Colombo Stock Exchange.

The company will be issuing 10 million rated, subordinated, guaranteed, redeemable debentures at an issue price of Rs.100 each.
The subscription list of the issue will open on May 21, 2015.

The managers to the issue is First Capital Limited and S.S.P. Corporate Services (Private) Limited will function as the registrars to the issue.
