• Their supplies have been delayed

In response to reports that China quoted US $ 15 for a Sinopharm vaccine to Sri Lanka and only US $ 10 to Bangladesh, the Chinese embassy said there is no agreement reached with Dhaka for vaccine procurement.   
In a message, the embassy said the Chinese embassy in Dhaka officially confirmed that no such agreement had been reached with Bangladesh.  

“Their supplies have been delayed unfortunately,” the embassy said.
