Another person, who was waiting at a fuel queue in Payagala, died yesterday morning.  
The victim, is a 60-year-old man from Rawathawatte, Moratuwa.  

He had suddenly fallen ill at around 1.30 am after having been  waiting in the queue for three days, and was pronounced dead on admission to  the Kalutara District Hospital.
