Army Commander General Shavendra Silva hands over a cheque to a disabled soldier to finance his housing needs. Cheques were handed over to a number of disabled and non-disabled soldiers and the families of dead soldiers under the scheme introduced to assist them to construct or renovate their houses yesterday at the Army Headquarters.
