The Sri Lanka Army held a leadership programme for school prefects at St Thomas’ College, Vijaya College, Government Science College, Christ Church College and Sri Sangamiththa girls’ National School of Matale on October 28 at BooWelikada. The programme was coordinated, monitored and administered solely by the School of Signals under the guidance and coordination of the Director Media and Army Spokesman at Army Headquarters and Director Perspective Planning and Implementation Cell (PP&I Cell) of the Sri Lanka Army, Brigadier IHMRK Herath.
