Branding Sajith as ‘Bus Man’ Sajith hits out at Anura and SF

Those who criticize my programme of donating buses to schools are politically incapable people, Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said yesterday.   

Those who criticized the programme recently were Jathika Jana Balawegaya (JJB) Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake and SJB MP Sarath Fonseka. 
 Field Marshal Fonseka said recently that those who drive buses and others who burnt buses are not suitable to rule the nation while Dissanayake called Premadasa ‘Bus Man’.   
“Those who criticize me are envious of me,” he added.    “ Only ‘Weda Bari’ (incapable) people criticize my programme of donating buses to schools. This is not a programme which merely donates buses to the schools but an extension of Free Education introduced by late C. W. W. Kannangara,” Premadasa also said.   

“ I call upon those who criticize me to come and join me in carrying out this work,” he said.   

Also he told school children to be prepared to study artificial intelligence, augmented reality and virtual reality in schools. “A future SJB government will promote digital exports,” he said.
