The Health Ministry has decided to administer the second dose for children within the age group of 16 and 19, once they complete three months after the first dose.

COVID-19 Coordinator Dr. Anwar Hamdani told Daily Mirror that the vaccination drive would commence in early February.

Meanwhile, the vaccination roll-out for children between 12 and 15 kicked off yesterday.

Dr. Hamdani requested parents to send their children to get vaccinated with the relevant dose without any fear and delay.
