Sri Lankan people received the Chinese Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine at Nalandarama temple in Minuwangoda on May 10, 2021. More than 40 vaccination centres have been established in the Western Province to provide the first dose of China’s Sinopharm vaccine, health authorities said.
