A Chinese national who is running a manpower supplying company to the Port City Highway project has been arrested along with four Sri Lankans for attempting to enter the harbour premises illegally. 

Police Spokesman SDIG Ajith Rohana said that the Port Authority security unit at the No. 3 Wimaladharma Gate of the Colombo harbour arrested the suspects yesterday and handed them over to the Foreshore Police. 
The Chinese national told the police that he was trying to enter the harbour along with four locals, as he was running out of manpower to continue his work within the harbour. 

The locals who accompanied the Chinese were from Pottuvil. The suspects would be produced before the Hulftsdorp Magistrate Court.
