Two soldiers of the Sri Lanka Army are semi submerged in the Diyawanna Oya yesterday afternoon making final adjustments to a cluster of large lotus Vesak lanterns to be illuminated in the night, displayed that their duty knew no bounds to an ongoing pandemic through the inclement weather.
