The time table for the scheduled GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examination for the year 2021 (2022) has been issued yesterday, the Examinations Department announced.
The department’s Commissioner General L. M. D. Dharmasena said the examination time table could be obtained through the examination department’s official website, www.doenets.lk.
The GCE A/L examination will be held from February 7 to March 5. According to the commissioner general, non-programmable calculators are permitted for this examination in the subjects of accounting, bio systems technology, engineering technology and science for technology.
However, using a calculator is not allowed for any other subjects, he said.
Dharmasena added that the use of correcting fluid, mobile phones and electronic devices for any subject is not allowed and it is a punishable offence to even bring them into the examination hall.
