• Says will not reveal  anything till he makes special statement

SJB National list MP Harin Fernando yesterday said he will  inform the nation about a major political decision he is to make in  Parliament soon.   

“I will not reveal what I am going to do now but will make  a special statement in Parliament soon and will implement my decision  on behalf of former MP Ranjan Ramanayake,” he told Daily Mirror.   

Speculation is rife that he will resign from his seat as a  national list MP and allow Mr. Ramanayake to come in to fill the  vacancy. When asked about this Mr. Fernando said he will not reveal  anything till he makes the special statement in Parliament.
