SJB (Samagi Jana Balawegaya) MP Dr. Harsha de Silva said if the letter of credit (LC) opened for the import of luxury vehicles could not be revoked, it should be used for the procurement of 112 ambulances for the 1990 Suwa Seriya service.  He said his party rejects the import of luxury vehicles for MPs in the midst of the crisis situation in the country.
