IGP C.D. Wickremeratne has directed all police stations to issue sound permits for all outdoor musical events to be held under health guidelines.   Accordingly, such musical events are permitted to be held until 10.00 p.m. from Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays and until 1.00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, while on Sundays, outdoor musical events are allowed to go on until 12.30 a.m.
