A 62-year old man and his six-year-old twin grandsons drowned while practicing swimming in the Duwe Modara River in Kosgoda yesterday.   

They went missing yesterday morning and their bodies were recovered by yesterday afternoon by Navy divers. The victims were residents of Kosgoda and Dadalla, the police said.
