Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena, accompanied by Indian High Commissioner Gopal Baglay and other dignitaries issued a Special Commemorative Cover for the Sita Temple near Nuwara-Eliya yesterday, the Indian High Commission said. 

 
They also laid the foundation stone for a Meditation Centre at the Temple, the mission tweeted.
