Parliament will debate the current pandemic situation today. The adjournment debate will be on from 10 am to 5.30 pm.  Chief Opposition Whip Lakshman Kiriella told Daily Mirror that former Health Minister Dr. Rajitha Senaratne will move the debate.    

Daily Mirror learns that there will be no oral questions today and tomorrow as agreed at the party leaders meeting last week.   

It was decided to take up an adjournment debate on the pandemic situation last week while a further decision was made to debate the Port City Economic Commission Bill on Wednesday depending on the Supreme Court determination on it.
