Expresses dismay over sluggish investigations

The Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) yesterday said former Minister Bathiudeen had committed a grave offence by employing an under-age girl in domestic service. 

The JVP also expressed dismay over the sluggish investigations into the death of a teenage girl at former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen’s residence. Former JVP MP- Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa told a news conference that the investigations into the incident were moving at a snail’s pace.
