A schoolboy went missing when a canoe capsized in the sea off Galle fisheries harbour last morning.  The victim Dulanja Chamod Dhanushka (16) was a resident of Mullawatta in Katugoda in Galle. He was in the Ordinary Level class in a leading school in Galle. 

Two others on board had managed to escape unhurt. Investigations revealed that they were harvesting lobsters when they met with the accident. Galle Harbour police had deployed navy divers to look for the missing boy.
