• The stock will be delivered this month

The Chinese embassy pledged to donate another consignment of 500,000 doses of Sinopharm vaccines to Sri Lanka this month, State Minister Prof . Channa Jayasumana said.   

The Minister told Daily Mirror that he got the confirmation from the embassy.  “The stock will be delivered this month,” he said.  Earlier, China gifted 600,000 doses.  China has already vaccinated more than 400 million people, becoming the largest vaccinated nation.
